Vintage Fashion Photos – Gloves

I think gloves are a very glamorous accessory, and am glad they getting some attention from designers these days. I have a dressy party to attend this year so I might have an excuse to wear my black gloves with rhinestones. But how does one hold a fancy champagne flute while wearing smooth gloves?! Perhaps a gloved hand should avoid champage?

I found some great photographs of gloves in the City of Paris’ archives online, Paris En Images. Take a look at the site if you have a chance – there are some amazing photographs of the people and buildings of Paris.
