My thoughts: Todd poured this wine in an opaque, navy blue coffee cup so the color wouldn’t affect my perception of the wine’s taste. We plan to do this with all chilled wines. I smelled the wine and it smelled very fruity, with a bit of apple scent. I tasted it and found it very (too) sweet. It had a very short finish, with very little depth. I wouldn’t buy this wine again because it’s too sweet for my liking. I did drink a glass of it the next day with a bit of sparkling water and orange peel, which was much better! I drank Boone’s Farm Tinkle Pink back in the 1970s and shudder to think how sweet I’d find that wine today.
